BASIC PRINCIPLE OF ELLIPTICAL REFLECTOR
- F1= focus #1 = lamp position.
- F2= focus #2.
- Lens position in front of F2, to get all light beam pass thru the lens.
- H= reflector high or width, must larger than LCD panel size.
HOW TO MAKE ELLIPTICAL REFLECTOR
needed:
-. 2 nail
-. pencil or pen
-. small ring
-. nail down the 2 nails at F1 and F2.
-. tied/joint both cord end together, so it's become a loop.
-. tied up small ring to the cord loop.
-. placed cord loop between nails.
-. placed pencil /pen tip inside small ring.
-. move and draw curved line with cord always in tension.
-. done!
* MAKE 2 REFLECTOR CURVE:
1st. REFLECTOR SLIGHTLY BIGGER THEN LCD PANEL HIGH.
2nd. REFLECTOR SLIGHTLY BIGGER THEN LCD PANEL WIDTH.
* JOINT TOGETHER THE 2 REFLECTOR INTO ONE INTEGRATED REFLECTOR,
IT WILL LOOK LIKE RECTANGULAR FLOOD LIGHT REFLECTOR.
GOODLUCK!
